We offer Route Package Protection at check out. If you have opted in you’re covered! Please file a claim with Route no more than 14 days after the initial delivery date.
If approved, Route will repurchase your items, and if they are not available Route refund you the value of your items.

Yes, we do! However, international orders may be subject to a local customs charge (at the discretion of your local government), separate from your shipping fee.
If you would like to cancel/change an order that was just placed, you can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org requesting the cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. However, please note that we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel/change your order.
