Shipping & Returns

  • Free Shipping on orders over $150* - Valid for orders made within the Continental US.  
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for processing and an additional 2-5 business days for delivery. Unless shipping/processing is stated otherwise in the description on product page. 
  • Orders are shipped via USPS & UPS.
  • We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments, all claims must be made with the shipping carrier. USPS & UPS insures some lost or damaged packages. If your tracking information says it was delivered you can open an insurance claim by calling USPS at (800) 275-8777 or UPS at (800) 742-5877.

Navidium offers you "peace of mind" package protection for all items in your order. Protect your package in the event that it is lost, damaged, or stolen - you're covered & replacements will be sent.

Protect your Delivery with Navidium Shipping Protection

By purchasing Navidium Shipping Protection, we will reship your order free of charge in the event of damage, loss, or delivered by the carrier, but not received. In the event that a replacement is not available, you may exchange for another product or opt to recieve a partial or full refund.

What's considered a lost package:

  • Shipments that state 'delivered' by the courier but you did not receive it. 
  • Domestic shipments where tracking shows 'in transit' for 7 days or more.
  • International shipments were tracking shows 'in transit' for 30 days or more.

What's considered a damaged package:

  • Items that were damaged in transit.
  • Some of your order is missing due to the box/package opening during transit.

What's not covered:

  • Packages that have GPS location evidence that it was delivered to your property or at a secure location.
  • Missing packages or packages returned to sender due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
  • Delivery delays.
  • Orders that have not shipped yet.
  • Orders held in customs.

We will continue to track your package. Should it appear, we will ask that the package be shipped back to us.

What happens after your claim has been submitted:

  • After your claim has been submitted, please allow us up to 7 business days to work on your claim.
  • Once your claim has been approved, we will send you a replacement if available, or issue you a refund back to the method of payment on file.

By selecting Shipping Protection at checkout, you agree to these terms:

  • Shipping Protection is optional, but by deselecting shipping protection, we will not be liable for lost or stolen packages, including packages that are confirmed delivered by the carrier, but not received.
  • If shipping protection is not purchased, the customer will be responsible for filing a claim with the carrier for the lost, stolen, or damaged package. Please use the resources below to file a claim with the carrier in the event that the package has been lost in transit & Shipping Protection was not purchased:

  • UPS: https://www.ups.com/us/en/support/file-a-claim.page
  • Packages will not be reshipped, nor refunds given in the event that packages are lost, stolen, or shown delivered, but not received by the carrier, and no insurance was purchased.
  • We reserve the right to classify your package as delayed if there are known delays in your area.
  • Shipping protection does not cover packages that has a GPS location or photographic evidence that it has been delivered to your property, is with a neighbor or at a secure location.
  • We reserve the right to deny claims due to insurance fraud, and/or abuse.
  • Shipping protection is non-refundable.
  • Shipping protection can not be canceled after an order has shipped.

At this time we are unable to process returns or exchanges,  ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 
If you've received an incorrect item please contact us. All issues will be handled on a case by case basis. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items MUST be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Loungewear Security Program Is a Sale Program where you are able to purchase unlimited Loungewear for a Limited Time.

Below is an example of the rules for purchasing for orders placed in Oct 2022 and were shipped between Jan 5th - Feb 15th 2023.

  • No returns, refunds, or cancellations.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
  • No exchanges, no size changes (refer to size chart before purchasing, last image on product pages)
  • No address changes
  • No changes to your order
  • High risk orders will be cancelled; Credit Card Billing Info must match what is on file.
  • Ship to an address you can receive packages til at least February 15th 2023.
  • DO NOT ORDER IF THE SHIPPING TIMEFRAME IS TOO LONG.

Typically orders are be shipped within 5-7 business days of you placing your online order unless stated other wise in the product description or is a pre-order item. Check your e-mail for a shipping confirmations & tracking numbers.

Pre-orders range from 4-8 weeks, which is subject to change. Check your e-mail for a shipping updates & tracking numbers. Please reach out only if the estimated shipping window has passed.

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.

We offer Route Package Protection at check out. If you have opted in you’re covered! Please file a claim with Route no more than 14 days after the initial delivery date.

If approved, Route will repurchase your items, and if they are not available Route refund you the value of your items.

Yes, we do! However, international orders may be subject to a local customs charge (at the discretion of your local government), separate from your shipping fee.

If you would like to cancel/change an order that was just placed, you can send an email to support@saintvenust.com requesting the cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. However, please note that we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel/change your order. 

We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. Please refer to our size charts on each product page prior to making a purchase.
